Spc. Joseph A. Lecuyer, from Mounds View, Minn., distributes water for the entire camp of Army Life Support Area, Kuwait at 4:30am. Lecuyer works alone and is licensed on multiple pieces of specialty equipment. The employment working group focuses on translating these responsibilities and skill sets into a civilian equivalent.
