HONOLULU, (Sept. 11, 2015) Service members from Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH) and community first responders joined Honolulu Mayor Kirk Caldwell for a ceremony marking the 14th anniversary of 9/11 held at Tamarind Park, Bishop Square, Honolulu, Sept. 11.
