Airman Angela Hernandez, left, and Airman 1st Class Ryan Powell, 193rd Special Operations Wing, Pennsylvania Air National Guard, collaborate to prepare dinner for the nearly 250 service members providing no-cost health care in the underserved communities in the Dover, Delaware area, Aug. 3, 2021 as part of Central Delaware Partnership for Hope 2021 Innovative Readiness Training program. The team has been preparing and packaging more than 500 meals a day. While in Dover, personnel will also receive hands-on experience in their field and share best practices across services.
