Roma, Italy - March 17 2018: Statue of Terenzio Mamiani della Rovere by sculptor Mauro Benini was inaugurated on 2 March 1893. Terenzio Mamiani della Rovere (Pesaro 1799 - Rome 1885) was a philosopher, politician and patriot, Count of Sant'Angelo in Lizzola, Minister of the Interior, President of the Council and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Papal State and later Minister of Education in the third Cavour Government of the Kingdom of Sardinia and, therefore, Senator of the Kingdom of Italy.
