The Cincinnati Col-lege of Pharmacy long ago realized that a division of thecourse into two periods with a long vacation between the twoperiods, to be detrimental to the best interests of pharmaceuti-cal education and consequently adopted a continuous course,covering the same priod of time as formerly, from Matricula-tion to Graduation, for the degree of Graduate in Pharmacy. Southwest Corner in Art Department OHIO UNIVERSITY 113 The results of the past few years have proven conclusively thatsuch a course has been productive of better skilled and morethorough students of pharmacy, and therefore this institutionwill continue upon the same system with a longer period oftime. This period is upon a University basis and consistsof 40 full weeks. The students whole time is now occupiedwith college zvork and consequently the greatest opportunityis presented to him for special and systematic training. Theschool year of each course is divided into three terms, Fall,Winter, and Spring terms. The Fall term commences Sep-tember 14, 1903. The Spring term ends in June, 1904, with theGraduation exercises. The subjects of the regular courseleading to the degree of Bachelor of Pharmacy include Chem-istry, Pharmacy, Botany, Materia Medica and Pharmacognosy,Microscopy, Latin, Mathematics, Physics and allied subjec
