Parchment Opening initial with animal heads. 2-line red and blue initials with opposing color penwork extending into borders. Daubs of red as placemarkers. Passages underlined in red. De Ricci dates this manuscript to ca. 1300; Dr. Guest dates it to the 13th century. 1, plus other noting hands Modern note of contents f. ii. Folio 1a is a stub of vellum announcing purchase of book for St. Augustine's Canterbury.
