Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Justin McMillen, assigned to Mobile Diving and Salvage Unit 2, surfaces after a dive with a member of the Jamaican Coast Guard in support of Navy Diver-Southern Partnership Station off Port Royal, Jamaica, on July 22, 2011. Southern Partnership Station is an annual deployment of ships to the Southern Command's area of responsibility in the Caribbean and Latin America. The exercise involves information sharing with navies, coast guards and civilian services throughout the region.
