Southern as- paragus was held up last week by the Florida storm. This gave local stock, which is quite plentiful, a chance. Club Meeting. Notices were sent out last week for a called meeting of the florists' club. It was not possible to get our regular hall and so John J. Perry kindly offered the use of the Pennock warerooms for this purpose. Robert Johnston and his ban- quet committee have been working on that banquet like beavers and Charles Feast and the F. T. D. committee are getting everyone lined up for the busi- ness meeting next fall. So there was nothing left for Joseph S. Merritt to
