Preparing Denison Terminal Site The Denison Terminal, as shown on the accompany-ing layout plan, is a rectangular piece of property front-ing on Denison Avenue, having a width of approximate-ly 510 ft. and a depth of 755 ft. This site contains anarea of approximately 18 acres which are largely com-posed of gullies and originally were very rough. Dur-.
