Head and thorax yellowish tinged with rufous, the tegvilas and vertex of thorax mixed with black-brown ; palpi dark at base; antennae dark brown ; pectus and legs yellow mixed with some brown; abdomen greyish with brown bands, sutfused with black at middle, the crests tipped with black, the ventral surface yellow at extremity. Fore wing black-brown, the medial area below and beyond the cell yellow, the veins and base of submedial fold finely streaked with yellowish white; some yellow at base of costa ; sub- basal line represented by a yellowish striga from costa, oblique.
