SEOUL, Republic of Korea (Nov. 4, 2016) Rear Adm. Brad Cooper, commander, Naval Forces Korea (CNFK) presents Ms. Yi, Ok Yop, CNFK's budget officer with an award to commemorate 40 years of service during an awards at quarters ceremony. Yi was first hired in 1976 as a clerk typist for the 4th Missile Command in Chun Chon and has worked for several Army commands before being hired at CNFK in 1988 as a budget analyst. Yi was promoted to budget officer 13 years later in 2001.
