NEW YORK – Two boats from the Maritime Safety and Security Team (MSST) 91105 based in New York patrol the waters of the East River, September 15, 2017. The primary missions for MSSTs around the Coast Guard include Ports, Waterways, and Coastal Security (PWCS) and Defense Readiness. MSST 91105 is a complement of Waterside Security, Maritime Law Enforcement/Force Protection, Canine Explosives Detection Teams, and Remotely Operated Vehicles help to achieve our mission sets.
