18/06/2015 A visitor to the ''hottest gardens in Britain'' wanders amongst the huge display of Echiums at the Ventnor Botanic Garden on the Isle of Wight. The unique garden thrives in the microclimate o0f the Ventnor undercliffe which is an average of 5 degrees warmer than mainland UK.
