Native to tropical regions, Frangipani (Plumeria rubens) are delightfully scented and require at least 6 hours sunshine to encourage flowering. These particular flowers are on the top of 8 feet high ( m) stems, very close to the greenhouse roof, and making viewing difficult without step-ladders!
