Lieutenant General (LtGen) Charles Chiarotti presents Gunnery Sergeant (GySgt) Mark Galindo the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal at the Marine Corps Installations Command (MCICOM) Town Hall on June 17, 2021.
