Riga, Latvia- August 20, 2015: Day view of the Town Hall Square and the Blackheads House. The building of the Brotherhood of Blackheads is one of the most iconic buildings of Old Riga. This is almost certainly the most famous building in Riga and one which may be said to symbolize the building has been destroyed during the Second World War, and restored in 1999.
