Minoan Art. La Parisienne or the Minoan Lady with the sacral knot at the back of the neck that seems to indicate that she is a priestess or even a goddess. The fresco uses the black colour for emphasizing the form of the eyes and red for the lips. It dates from the Neopalatial period, ca. 1400 The Herakleion Archaeological Museum. Crete.
