This has four shelves on each is built in the form of a stile — asomewhat elongated stile, but still that ispractically what it is. The stand enables ried in the hardware store are shown toadvantage. A cut of the arrangementis shown here. The framework is con-structed of lead pipe. The holders forthe goods are made of wire baskets, somewhat similar to the ordinary letterbasket. The bottom shelf has threerows of these, the next, two rows andthe (third), one row. This particulardisplay rack is about 12 feet long and. Rack, for small articles, constructed out of odd lengths of pipe. the radiator to be bridged, and that thereis a radiator underneath is completelyhidden by the samples of aluminum warearranged on the shelves. Thus this space—once almost lost—hasbeen reclaimed for display. Ever since thestand was made it has been earningmoney. That aluminum ware is shown soprominently that all dealing in the storemust see it. Many pause to examine thenew styles of coffee pots and tea-potsshown. They look at the steamers, andnaturally the sales result. A dealer has no cause to despair be-cause of some obstruction in his store—not even if this seems to detract fromthe value of his most valuable displayroom. All he has to do is find a meansof overcoming the obstacle. Perhaps hecan do as was done in Philbin & Anyway, there should be modi-fications of that scheme which would besuitable for almost any establishment. Stand irhich was erected to coverradiator.
