Built in the Arts and Crafts style in 1912 by Albert Nelson Bromley of Nottingham, it is covered in plaster decoration called pargetting, which was an East Anglian craft, Morley Horder crafted 4 statues of 4 famous Derby people, John Lombe, William Mutton, Florence Nightingale and Jedidiah Strutt, which adorn the top
