RODMAN, Panama (Jun. 23, 2016) - Commander, United States Southern Command, Adm. Kurt Tidd, conducts a media availability with Panamanian media on the Harper's Ferry-class dock landing ship USS Oak Hill (LSD 51) flight deck. To commemorate the recent expansion of the Panama Canal, Oak Hill is conducting a port visit in Rodman, Panama.
