Info from the National Archives re: Joseph Hubert Photographer is that he registered Copyright for owner and author of work re: his photographic mounts as follows: Joseph Hubert, 238 Mare Street, Hackney, London. Form Completed 22 November 1888. Registration stamp: 24 November to after 1880 as the barber is wearing a "four in hand" long tie and has a handkerchief pocket which first appeared in the 1880's.
