The lockplate bears the maker's inscription, "Kommer & Cie Suhl". Light walnut stock with iron/brass furniture, and with the maker's stamp and the branded mark "CS42" on the left side of the butt stock. Iron ramrod. Metal surfaces have a light patina in places.
