ARABIAN GULF (Oct. 3, 2015) Marine Cpl. Thomas Tassara checks the progress of his work aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Essex (LHD 2). Tassara is an airframes mechanic with Medium Marine Tiltrotor Squadron 161 (Reinforced), 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit.
