Airman 1st Class Kevin Buckner, representing the 151st Air Refueling Wing, is awarded Utah National Guard’s Airman of the Year at Camp Williams, Utah, Oct. 19, 2022. The Utah National Guard Best Warrior Competition is an annual event that brings together Soldiers and Airmen from the major commands to compete for the title of Soldier/Airman of the Year, Noncommissioned Officer of the Year and Senior NCO of the Year. The Army winners of this competition will represent the Utah Army National Guard at the Region VII Best Warrior Competition next spring.
