CAMP GRAYLING, Mich. - Spc. Robert Nacci, cannoneer, Battery A, 1st Battalion, 103rd Field Artillery Regiment, Rhode Island Army National Guard shakes hands with Maj. Gen. Gregory J. Vadnais, Adjutant General and Director of Military and Veterans Affairs for the Michigan National Guard. Vadnais visited Soldiers and participated in their fire mission on the M777 Howitzer on Aug 9, 2018.
