180224-N-NW827-052 ATLANTIC OCEAN (Feb. 24, 2018) Sailors handle navigation lines aboard the guided-missile destroyer USS Farragut (DDG 99) as she comes alongside USNS Arctic (T-AOE) for a low-light replenishment-at-sea. Farragut is underway as part of the Harry S. Truman Carrier Strike Group (HSTCSG) composite training unit exercise (COMPTUEX), which evaluates the strike group's ability as a whole to carry out sustained combat operations from the sea- ultimately certifying the HSTCSG for deployment.
