A Timor-Leste Defense Force (F-FDTL) soldier installs barbed wire onto a 4-strand cattle fence as part of a practical application exercise during exercise Hari’i Hamutuk 22 at Metinaro Military Base, Dili, Timor-Leste, Sep. 05, 2022.
