Also they maybe made plain or with gathers along theshoulder seams. For the upper edge, eithera hem or an applied two-piece band may beused as a finish. For medium size the model requires ^yiyards of 36-inch material. This providesbands of the same material. WTien ribbonis used for the bands, 3 yards will be suffi-cient, but 3/^ of a yard of ribbon will have tobe added.
