Head, thorax, and abdomen pale crimson ; pectus, legs, and ventral surface of abdomen white, the fore femora in front towards extremity and the towards base pale crimson. Fore wing pale crimson with a brownish tinge to middle of costa and tornus. its outer edge curved and defined by some crimson ; the rest of wing yellowish white with a rounded subapical pale crimson patch tinged with brownish except at edges; the costal edge whitish to near base. Hind wing pale crimson, the base and costal area white, on terminal area extending to vein 2. Underside ol fore wing as above but without the brownish tinge, the costal area white to base with some crimson at base of costa. the inner area white ; hind wing white with a faint crimson tinge except on inner area.
