Germany, Berlin, Checkpoint Charlie is one of the border crossings in Berlin which, during the Cold War, crossed the wall dividing the German capital between the western sector and the eastern sector. It was located on the Friedrichstra§e, on the border between the districts of Mitte (in the Soviet sector) and Kreuzberg (in the American sector).
