Hurricane Katrina, New Orleans, LA, August 31, 2005 -- Members of the FEMA Urban Search and Rescue task forces continue to help residents impacted by Hurricane Katrina. These residents were transported to the area from various neighborhoods and need to cross over the tracks to get on a second boat which will bring them to dry land.
