Hereford, UK. 30th december 2012. There is no access over The Victoria Suspension Bridge to the meadow in Hereford over the footbridge from The Cathedral. The River Wye is expected to peak mid morning as rainwater and surface water drain forom the Welsh Mountains and from adjoining waterlogged land. Locals say that the levels are some of the highest this year. Diversions are in place on roads between Hereford and Brecon. Photo by Graham M. Lawrence/Alamy Live News.
