Ashley Beattie, 436th SFS unit deployment manager, hold the flag over retired Military Working Dog Rico Jan. 24, 2018, at the Veterinary Treatment Facility on Dover Air Force Base, Del. MWD Rico was humanely euthanized by a Army veterinarian due to his declining health caused by Canine Degenerative Myelopathy.
