This idea is especially good for wash goods andsilks, for the reason that wash goods will not fallin folds as shown in Fig. 4. This background is cut up into panels by meansnf strips of ribbon or embroideries, three strips be-ing used between each drape of goods. The idea shown in Fig. 4 is very clever.
