His Excellency Mihai Fifor, Romanian Minister of National Defence, is given a history tour by Stephen Carney, command historian, Arlington National Cemetery, of the Memorial Amphitheater Display Room at Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, Va., Sept. 19, 2017. Fifor participated earlier in an Armed Forces Full Honors Wreath-Laying Ceremony earlier at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.
