Jeff Hughes, commander, Navy Recruiting Command, speaks to family members and friends of the 58th Cardinal Division during a swearing-in ceremony at City Hall. Forty-eight recruits from Navy Recruiting District St. Louis took the oath of enlistment prior to a pre-game event at Busch Stadium.
