Bulgaria as a Turkish squat toilet. Detail of The Entropa sculpture created by Czech artist David Cerny. Photo was taken during the preparation for the exhibition of the Entropa in the DOX Centre of Contemporary Art in Prague, Czech Republic on 8 June 2009. The controversial sculpture was created for the headquarters of the Council of the European Union in Brussels, Belgium, on the occasion of the Czech presidency of the EU. The detail of the sculpture presented Bulgaria as series of connected Turkish squat toilets was hidden with fabric in Brussels on the request of the Bulgarian authorities.
