DOUALA, Cameroon (March 21, 2017) The Cameroonian landing marine craft CNS Fifinda (LMC 204) will be used for maritime interdiction training during exercise Obangame Express 2017 March 21. Obangame Express, sponsored by Africa Command, is designed to improve regional cooperation, maritime domain awareness , information-sharing practices, and tactical interdiction expertise to enhance the collective capabilities of Gulf of Guinea and West African nations to counter sea-based illicit activity.
