Many distinguished guests salute Brigadier Gen. Valdemaras Rupsys, the incoming Commanding General for the Land Forces of Lithuania, at the Commanding General of the Land Forces change of command ceremony, at Kaunas, Lithuania on July 15, 2016. The soldiers of Bravo Company, 3rd Battalion, 69th Armored Regiment, who participated in the ceremony, are training with their Baltic allies in support of Operation Atlantic Resolve, a led effort in Eastern Europe to demonstrate commitment to the collective security of NATO and dedication to enduring peace and stability in the region.
