YOKOSUKA, Japan (March 14, 2017) - Rear Adm. Stephen Williamson, the Director of Fleet Maintenance, Pacific Fleet, observes the hull of the 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19) from the bottom of a dry dock during a ship tour. Blue Ridge is in an extensive maintenance period in order to modernize the ship to continue to serve as a robust communications platform in the 7th Fleet area of operations.
