A No. 0000 B. & S. grooved copper trolley wire is strungover each track; adjoining lengths are connected with copper. HIGH-TENSION LINEThe high-tension lines have been built for 33,000 volts. Du-plicate transmission circuits have been installed throughout,one on each line of poles. The regular surface circuits consistof three No. 2 B. & S. bare copper wires arranged in a tri-angle, the two base wires being 60 ins. apart; the apex wire ismounted on a short auxiliary cross-arm at the top of the poleand set off center to give the insulator ample clearance fromthe pole.
