FORT-DE-FRANCE, Martinique (September 26, 2017) Expeditionary fast transport vessel USNS Spearhead (T-EPF 1), left, sits pier side near the Royal Fleet Auxiliary Mounts Bay (L3008) in port. Spearhead is currently supporting humanitarian aid and disaster relief efforts in areas affected by Hurricane Irma. SPS 17 is a Navy deployment executed by Naval Forces Southern 4th Fleet, focused on subject matter expert exchanges with partner nation militaries and security forces in Central and South America.
