An officer's shashqa model 1909 with applied order of St. Anne,awarded for bravery. Nickel-plated,single-edged blade(rust stains)with three supplemental grooves. On the ricasso the maker's mark "F. Fichte Solingen". The bow engraved on both sides with Cyrillic inscription "For Bravery". Brass hilt with cipher "N II" and applied enamelled Order of St. Anne(chipped). Fluted plastic grip,leather-covered wooden scabbard(worm-holed)with brass fittings(loosened).
