The church of the Hospital de Cervello was initiated in conjunction with the hospital, towards the end of the thirteenth century. At that time belongs bell, while the ship was probably completed in the next century. It was heavily modified in the second half of the seventeenth century when the apse was removed to lengthen the ship and took to reverse the direction. It is a church nave, apse Street, opened a door lintel of arch, above which there is a relief with a cross patent stone. On the roof, to the head, there is a Gothic cross with four semicircles, located above the gate of the walled over. The presbytery is covered with a ribbed vault, like the sacristy, separated from the rest of the ship an arch. In 1809 the old altar was replaced by another from the Hospital de Sant Sever Street Palla Barcelona happily retired in 1929 and taken to the Diocesan Museum, spared the destruction that so suffering church in 1936. It was restored in 1953 under the direction of architect Puig Boada.
