The United Methodist congregation Christ Church on Park Avenue in the Upper East Side neighborhood of New York on Sunday, March 3, 2013. The church has recently sold its 70,000 square foot air rights to the Zeckendorf developers for over $40 million. A 51 story luxury building with 30 apartments is expected to by built utilizing the rights adjacent to the church. The Christ Church was built in 1932 and designed by Ralph Adams Cram. (© Richard B.
