Dreer is having a great run on "Riverton Special" plant tubs. They are much to be preferred to earthen pots, particularly from the medium to the large sizes. Samuel Lilley is receiving some very choice carnations from his new green- houses. The Georgeous are particular- ly fine. K. Boston. BUSINESS CONTINUES Business still continues far below normal, and does not show any signs of improving as yet. Chrysanthemums are plentiful and the choicest flowers do not bring a good price. Carnations and roses have shortened up consider- ably, but the prices have not advanced much. Other flowers are about the same as usual with the exception of violets, which advanced the latter part of the week on account of the Har- vard-Tale football'game. NOTES.
