Maria Page Ryan, of Philadelphia, Ryan is a thorough lady, quiet andunassuming, a conscientious student, and asteady, earnest worker. Her early educa-tion was obtained at the Girls High Schooland Normal School, after which, even whilestudying medicine, her occupation has beenthat of teacher in the Philadelphia NormalSchool. During the Junior year at W. M. was Vice-President and Treasurer ofthe class. She is a member of the Y. W. and the Zeta Phi Elizabeth Cisney Smith, 71 He only \s a well-made man wlio bas a gooddetcrmiDation. Helen Montgomery Stewart, of Cham-bersbiirg, Pa. Helen has moved almost asmuch as Carolyn and Lovie,—one year itis up town and next it is down town; butno one in the Freshman year could equalher ardor for getting up at 4 A. M. tostudy for Dr. Nobles quizzes. In theJunior year as Presioent of the class shesafely piloted and brought it across theshoals and through the breakers to theshore of the Senior year. Previous to coming to W. M. C. she at-tended Wilson College. At VV. M C. shewas President of the class in Junior year,and Secretary of the Students Associa-tion 1908-09. Her favorite study is Obstet-rics. She to take an interneship inthe Womans Medical College Hospital.
