CAMP LEMONNIER, Djibouti (September 11, 2013) Sailors assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11 salute as the Color Guard parades the Colors on Camp Lemonnier during a 9/11 Remembrance Commemoration. NMCB-11 is home-ported in Gulfport, Miss. and is currently deployed to multiple locations in support of AFRICOM, EUCOM, CENTCOM, and PACOM. NMCB-11's Det. Horn of Africa (HOA) is a Combined Joint Task Force (CJTF) HOA unit whose mission includes stabilizing and strengthening security in East Africa through military-to-military engagements with partner nations.
