Information Systems Technician 3rd Class Evan Powell, from Sioux City, Iowa, raises a high-frequency antenna aboard the Navy's forward-deployed aircraft carrier USS George Washington (CVN 73) prior to a replenishment-at-sea with the Military Sealift Command fleet replenishment oiler USNS Yukon (T-AO 202) in support of Talisman Saber (TS) 2013.
