MEDITERRANEAN SEA (Sept. 11, 2013) Quartermaster 3rd Class Nicholas Easter demonstrates the use of a sextant for celestial navigation aboard the guided-missile destroyer USS Ramage (DDG 61). Ramage, homeported in Norfolk, Va., is on a scheduled deployment supporting maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the 6th Fleet area of operations.
